Shipping Policy

Kit Customiser

If you have ordered a bespoke item, we will be in touch within 48 hours (2 working days) with 4 options. Once selected, you will be kept up to date with a sample and any personalisation (Club badge, Sponsorship & Design).

After your final confirmation, we will be unable to make any changes as ‘The Process’ will be in its final stages. After your order is completed and received, we will have it delivered using DPD UK or orders can be collected at our Office (See below).

Order deliveries are carried out by DPD UK and are at a fixed rate whatever the size of your order. All lead times shown are subject to stock availability and take effect once full payment/payment details have been received. You will be informed promptly should any stock issue arise.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns

We accept returns of almost all of our products. If you wish to return any items from your online order, they must be returned in their original condition, sellable with any original tags still attached (providing the item is not faulty). This must be done within 14 days of receiving the goods if you want a full refund. We can accept some returns outwith the 14 day period if you contact our Customer Service Team before sending it back. 

 

When sending a return by post, please ensure you include a note with your order number, email address and reason for return. Once received, our Returns Team will process the return and refund within 10 working days and you will be notified by email once processed.

Delivery costs are non-refundable. All returns are at the expense of the customer. We do not offer exchanges; therefore, we recommend you order any replacements needed on our website. Return of items will be at your own cost and risk - we recommend using a tracking service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post.

Exchanges 

We do not offer exchanges for online orders. Please return the item(s) for a refund and place another order for the new size required. 

Returns Exclusions 

The following items will not be accepted for returns: 

  • Products which have been personalised (Name & Number printing, Club Badges or Sponsors) 

  • Underwear 

PLEASE NOTE: All personalised items (including Club Shop items with added embroidery or print e.g badges, names, numbers , sponsor logo's) are NON-REFUNDABLE, unless there is a manufacturing defect.
